01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User") and hg999 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the hg999 platform at hg999.ws, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform.

hg999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform after amendments are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

02 Eligibility

Access to and use of the hg999 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. hg999 performs verification checks and reserves the right to close any account that does not meet these requirements at any time.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. hg999 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registration by corporate entities or automated means is prohibited.
• You must register only one account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual will be closed and any associated balances and bonuses may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and must update this information if it changes.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of hg999 or any of its affiliated companies.

hg999 may request documentary evidence to verify eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification (National ID, passport) and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension or closure.

03 Account Registration and KYC

To access betting, gaming, and financial features on hg999, you are required to register a player account. Registration is free. You must supply a valid Bangladesh mobile number, a secure password, and agree to these Terms during the registration process. hg999 will send a one-time verification code (OTP) to the mobile number you provide to confirm ownership of that number.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements

Before processing a withdrawal request, hg999 requires the completion of a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. KYC verification involves the submission of a government-issued photo identification document (National ID card or passport) and, where required, a document confirming your current residential address. KYC documents are reviewed by the hg999 compliance team within two business days. Providing false, altered, or third-party documents constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. hg999 will never request your full password through any support channel. Any activity performed using your account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact hg999 support immediately via the live chat service available on the platform.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

hg999 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) exclusively. All transactions are processed in BDT and displayed using the ৳ symbol. hg999 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Currency conversion fees are the sole responsibility of the player where applicable.

Accepted Deposit Methods

hg999 currently accepts deposits via the following Bangladesh payment channels. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the time of transaction:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay
• Internet banking transfers from Bangladesh-registered bank accounts (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and others)
• International debit and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) where available
• hg999 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the hg999 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Withdrawal requests are processed by hg999 within one to three business days following successful KYC verification. A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the account withdrawal section. hg999 does not charge a platform fee on withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges for which hg999 accepts no liability.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

hg999 offers bonuses and promotions to new and existing players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion at the time of offer. In the absence of specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply:

Players who attempt to exploit bonuses through fraudulent means, arbitrage strategies, or by breaching any of these Terms will have their bonuses cancelled and may have their accounts suspended or permanently closed.

• Bonuses must be claimed within the promotional period stated at the time of offer
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn
• hg999 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per player, per household, and per IP address

06 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hg999 platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with or exploit the platform in any way
• Providing false personal information, using another person's identity, or impersonating any individual or entity
• Colluding with other players to fix the outcome of games, exploit bonus structures, or manipulate any gaming market offered on the platform
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the hg999 platform or its payment infrastructure
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players or any restricted area of the platform without authorisation

hg999 employs security monitoring tools to detect prohibited conduct. Accounts found to be in breach of this section are subject to immediate suspension pending investigation. Decisions regarding account status following investigation are final and binding.

07 Responsible Gaming

hg999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides registered players with access to deposit limit controls, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options, all of which are accessible from the account settings area without requiring contact with support. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to use these tools and to seek assistance from independent gambling support organisations.

hg999 is strictly available to players aged 21 and above only. hg999 will not knowingly allow underage individuals to register or use the platform. If hg999 determines that a player is underage, the account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities. Players are required to notify hg999 immediately if they become aware that a minor has accessed their account.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the hg999 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and database compilations, is the property of hg999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the hg999 platform without the prior written consent of hg999.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hg999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, even if hg999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. hg999's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hg999 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. hg999 does not guarantee that any particular sporting event, game, or market will remain available, and reserves the right to suspend or cancel any event or market at any time. In the event of a technical error affecting the outcome of a bet or game, hg999 reserves the right to void the affected transactions.

10 Modifications and Termination

hg999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the platform or any part of it, with or without notice, at any time and for any reason. hg999 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the platform.

hg999 reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time if you are found to be in breach of these Terms, if your account shows signs of fraudulent activity, or if hg999 is required to do so by law or regulatory instruction. Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonuses subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

11 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which hg999 operates. Any dispute arising between you and hg999 that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration. hg999's decisions on all matters relating to the platform, including game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status, are final and binding subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined above.
